Foxolution operates within a structured engineering and compliance framework aligned to regulated, high-consequence environments across medical, mining, and industrial sectors.
Our systems are designed, manufactured, and supported under the following governance foundations:
· ISO 9001 – Certified Quality Management System
· ISO 13485 – Medical Device QMS (implementation in progress)
· Alignment with ISO 7396 (Medical Gas Pipeline Systems)
· Compliance with applicable SANS, PER (Pressure Equipment Regulations), and relevant gas safety codes
· Design reference to EIGA, CGA, ASTM and IEC standards where applicable
Compliance is embedded at design stage — not applied retrospectively.
Engineering Registration & Professional Oversight
Our engineering activities are overseen by qualified personnel with professional affiliations including:
· ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa)
· IEEE
· SAQCC Gas
Where required, installations are supported by registered professionals in accordance with statutory and client-specific requirements.
Structured Lifecycle Accountability
Foxolution systems are delivered under structured agreements that may include:
· Commissioning protocols
· Documented handover procedures
· Operator training and competency validation
· Preventative maintenance programmes
· Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
· Remote monitoring and reporting where applicable

Risk & Liability Management
Where contractually required, projects are supported by appropriate professional indemnity and public liability cover aligned to the scope of supply and statutory obligations.
