Foxolution Systems Engineering is a premium African engineering company specialising in on-site oxygen and nitrogen generation, gas handling infrastructure, and lifecycle support for medical, mining, and industrial applications.
Founded in 2002, we have built more than two decades of experience delivering gas systems where safety, compliance, and long-term performance are non-negotiable. Our solutions operate in hospitals, processing plants, and remote mining sites across Africa — environments where system failure carries real operational and safety consequences.
We are a family-owned, engineering-driven business with a disciplined governance culture. Foxolution does not operate as a commodity supplier or a trade contractor. Instead, we focus on technically complex, safety-critical gas applications that demand engineering accountability over the full system lifecycle.
Hospitals, mines, and processing plants across the continent operate in harsh, remote, and high-consequence environments where conventional industrial gas supply models fail. Cylinder logistics are unreliable, bulk liquid deliveries are fragile, and centralized distribution networks introduce unacceptable supply risk in safety-critical and production-critical applications.
On-site generation — specifically oxygen and nitrogen, economically viable gases for decentralized production — are the logical solution. But Africa has become a dumping ground for non-compliant, poorly engineered, and unsupported oxygen and nitrogen generation equipment sold by suppliers who disappear after commissioning.
The result:
· Systems that never meet their design performance
· Non-compliant installations that introduce safety and regulatory risk
· Plants abandoned within months of warranty expiry
· Operators left with no technical support, no spares strategy, and no accountability
Foxolution was established to counter this — not by importing and reselling equipment, but by engineering, manufacturing, integrating, and supporting on-site oxygen and nitrogen systems with full lifecycle accountability.
Our systems are designed to perform reliably in environments where:
· Logistics are fragile and supply chains are unreliable
· Operating conditions are harsh and unforgiving
· Technical support is hours or days away, not minutes
· Downtime carries clinical, production, or safety consequences
· Equipment must remain serviceable and compliant for 15-20+ years
Beyond on-site oxygen and nitrogen generation, Foxolution provides engineered gas solutions across oxidant, inert, and fuel gas applications — including bulk liquid supply integration (LOX, LIN, argon), hydrogen-adjacent infrastructure, gas mixing and blending, high-purity systems, and bespoke gas handling infrastructure where on-site generation is not economically viable.
Foxolution is the OEM for PSA oxygen generation, designing, manufacturing, and supporting these systems with full lifecycle accountability.
For VPSA oxygen and nitrogen generation (PSA and membrane), we engineer and integrate governed third-party OEM technologies, applying Foxolution-led system design, control philosophy, and lifecycle support to ensure the same performance and accountability standards.
A significant portion of our work involves restoring performance and compliance in underperforming on-site gas generation plants originally supplied by other manufacturers. We diagnose root causes, re-engineer systems, and restore safety, efficiency, and reliability where plants have failed to meet their design intent.
Foxolution supports projects through its own engineering and service teams across the continent. We are not a remote supplier or a network of independent resellers. Our teams travel monthly to site, supported by structured Service Level Agreements and remote monitoring, ensuring that our systems remain accountable assets — not abandoned installations.
Foxolution is not a generalist contractor. We operate within clearly defined technical boundaries to ensure safety, compliance, and long-term accountability. We decline projects where we cannot maintain engineering control or where scope dilution would compromise our core competence.
Foxolution is family-owned, which shapes how we make decisions.
· Long-term relationships over short-term transactions
· Durability and serviceability over lowest-cost procurement
· Engineering integrity over scope expansion
· Reputation over revenue growth at any cost
This governance culture allows us to operate conservatively, to decline work that does not align with our capabilities, and to invest in development and remedial engineering that builds long-term trust with clients who value accountability.
Oxygen and nitrogen generation remain the foundation of Foxolution’s expertise, but our scope extends into integrated specialty gas solutions, hydrogen-adjacent gas infrastructure, and future-facing technologies where our core competence in gas handling, compression, control, and safety systems applies.
We continue to invest in proprietary oxygen introduction technologies for mining applications and in the engineering capability required to support hydrogen compression, oxygen by-product offtake, and safety-critical gas systems.
As Africa’s energy and industrial landscape evolves, Foxolution remains focused on what we do well: engineering disciplined, safety-critical gas systems with long-term accountability.
